BTEC HIND IN BUSINESS (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)
This course covers various IT applications relevant to the world of business including the issues associated with network use and the preliminary skills necessary to install and manage networks, the technical and creative skills necessary to design, construct and manage an effective website, the design and evaluation of a prototype multimedia system using an iterative approach, the ways in which data can be processed and the applications that support organisations, and the capacity of an information system to meet the needs of a user.

Who is it for?
The qualification prepares students for employment in the sector and is suitable for those who have already decided that they wish to enter this area of work.
